Definitions

Short list so the rest of the page makes sense:

Velocity / we / us
Us. The team running getvelocity.llc, the panel, the keys, and the clients you download.
The Service
Everything we ship — this website, the panel, the APIs, the downloadable clients, the key system.
You
Anyone using any of the above. If you landed here you count.
Reseller
Someone we've approved to generate and sell keys to other people.
License key
The code we hand out that unlocks a specific product for a specific amount of time.
02

Acceptance of Terms

The deal
Using Velocity in any way — buying a key, grabbing the free one, loading the panel — means you've read and agreed to this page. If you don't like what's on it, close the tab.

If we update this page and you keep using the site, that's agreement to the new version. We don't send a popup every time a comma moves.

03

Eligibility

You need to be 13 or older. If you're under 18 we're going to assume your parents are fine with this. Not our job to check.

Also: whatever country/state you're in, you're the one responsible for checking that running this software is actually legal where you live. Doesn't matter here, might matter where you are.

04

Account & Security

Your account, your problem. Anything that happens on it we're treating as you.

  • Don't give out your password.
  • Turn on 2FA. If you're staff, it's required.
  • Don't make alts to dodge bans. We'll find them.
  • If someone's in your account that shouldn't be, tell us in Discord immediately.
  • Use a real email you check — password resets go there.

We can kill any account we think is sketchy, no notice required.

05

License Keys

Keys are one-person-one-key unless you're a Reseller.

  • Single use. One key, one account, one machine (HWID-locked on first auth).
  • Not transferable. Don't sell your key to someone else. We'll see it and we'll revoke it.
  • Expiry means expiry. Day/week/monthly keys die at the end of that window. No auto-renew.
  • HWID resets. Reinstalled Windows? Swapped hardware? Ask in the panel. Ask too many times and we'll stop saying yes.
  • Revocation. Caught cheating the cheat-seller (chargeback, resale, abuse)? Key dies, no refund.
Resellers
You generated it, it's yours to clean up. Burned a key by accident? Not our problem. Balance you've already drained doesn't come back.
06

Acceptable Use

Don't do any of this:

  • Break actual laws where you live.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or crack our clients. Yes we'll notice.
  • Resell our stuff without a Reseller agreement.
  • Try to break into the panel, the API, or anyone else's account.
  • Ship malware or payloads through anything we host.
  • Scrape the site or hammer the API with bots.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks. Open a ticket first — chargebacks after we've already helped you is a permaban.
  • Threaten or harass staff or other users. The ticket system isn't an outlet.
  • Pretend to be staff or someone you're not.
Consequences
Any of the above gets you banned. The serious stuff (malware, intrusion attempts, fraud) gets forwarded to whoever asks for it.
07

Payments & Refunds

When you buy something you're telling us the card is yours and the billing info is real. That's it on the payment side.

Refunds: none once the key's been redeemed or the client's been downloaded. These are digital goods — once it's on your machine there's nothing to return. If something is genuinely broken on our end we'll figure it out, but that's a judgment call, not a policy.

Chargeback without talking to us first = instant permaban + revoked keys. Open a ticket. Nine times out of ten we can fix it.

08

Intellectual Property

The clients, the panel, the branding, the API — all ours. You get a limited, non-transferable license to use the thing you paid for, that's it. No reselling, no republishing, no "forked" versions.

Stuff you upload (tickets, screenshots, support attachments) stays yours. By uploading you let us store and display it where we need to for the ticket to work.

09

Disclaimers

Everything we ship is as-is. No guarantee it works forever, no guarantee it works on your specific setup, no guarantee Roblox doesn't push a Hyperion update tomorrow that kills us for a day.

Your Roblox account is your problem. You installed a cheat. Bans happen. We don't owe you a refund because your main got nuked — that was always the risk.

Same goes for anti-cheats on other platforms (CS2, FiveM, whatever we ship next). We fix things as fast as we can but there's no SLA.

10

Limitation of Liability

We're not covering your losses
If Velocity does anything that costs you money, time, friends, or self-esteem — we're not on the hook. Not for lost game progress, not for banned accounts, not for anything downstream.

The absolute most you can ever come at us for is the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. If that number is zero, that's the ceiling.

Some countries don't let you waive certain things. Fine, those bits don't apply to you.

11

Termination

We can kill your access any time, for any reason, with or without warning. Usually it's because you broke one of the rules on this page. Sometimes it's just because something's off.

You can close your own account whenever by asking in the panel. No refund for unused time — that's the trade.

Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 keep applying even after you're gone.

12

Modifications to Terms

This page will change. When it does we bump the "Effective" date at the top. Big changes get a Discord ping or an email if we have one.

Keep using the site = you accept the new version. Don't like it, don't use it.

13

Governing Law & Disputes

If we end up in a dispute, open a ticket first. 30 days to work it out quietly before anyone talks about lawyers.

If it goes further than that, it goes one-on-one — no class actions, no group arbitrations. One of you, one of us.

14

Your Data Rights (UK GDPR)

If you're in the UK, the UK General Data Protection Regulation gives you specific rights over the personal data we hold on you (your email, your username, your HWID history, your ticket history, your purchase records). You can use any of them, any time.

  • Access. Ask us for a copy of everything we hold on you. We'll send it in a readable format.
  • Erasure (the "right to be forgotten"). Tell us to delete your account and the personal data attached to it. We do it.
  • Rectification. Something wrong on your account? Email, username, whatever. Tell us, we fix it.
  • Portability. Want your data in a format you can take elsewhere? Ask. We'll export it as JSON.
  • Objection. You can object to any processing we do that isn't strictly necessary to run your account.
  • Restriction. You can ask us to stop processing your data in specific ways while a dispute is being resolved.
  • Automated decisions. We don't make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. If that ever changes we'll tell you here first.
Deleting your account
Self-serve. Go to the dashboard → Settings → Delete account. No ticket, no waiting, no "are you sure, really?" loops. One click, it's gone.

What gets removed when you delete. Your email, username, password hash, 2FA secret, passkeys, ticket history, key-balance records — all nuked. We retain the bare minimum needed for fraud prevention and legal obligations (payment transaction IDs on our processor's side, anti-chargeback records) for the shortest period legally required. Active license keys get revoked — you lose access to any product the account was tied to. There's no undo.

Other requests. Access, rectification, portability, objection, restriction — for anything other than deletion, open a ticket in the panel with the subject "GDPR request". We respond within 30 days, usually within 48 hours. No fees for the first request in a 12-month window.

Not in the UK? We honour these requests from anywhere. Nothing stopping you asking. The 30-day response is a UK GDPR requirement — practically we respond at the same speed regardless of where you're sending from.

If we mess up. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. They handle data-protection complaints independently of us.

15

Contact

Legal question, billing problem, security report, GDPR request — open a ticket in the panel. Discord works for the day-to-day stuff but anything that touches this page should go through tickets so there's a paper trail.

Need to actually tell us something? Ticket's the way.
